In modern genomics research, sequencing library preparation is a critical step that determines data quality and experimental efficiency.
To address this, iGeneTech has launched premixed reagent (reagent strip) products. When paired with the IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation, these products feature simple operation and quick setup, enabling ready-to-load, ready-to-retrieve, and ready-to-use functionality. They help researchers rapidly and stably obtain high-quality libraries.

Product Introduction
Automated Enzymatic Digestion Library Preparation Kit
Name: IGT® Enzyme One-Strip
IGT® Enzyme One-Strip is a universal enzymatic digestion DNA library preparation kit specifically developed for the IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation. It is compatible with the following sample types: gDNA, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) gDNA, etc.

Automated Rapid Library Preparation Kit
Name: IGT® Fast One-Strip
IGT® Fast One-Strip is a universal double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) library preparation kit specifically developed for the IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation. It is compatible with sample types such as cell-free DNA (cfDNA), formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) gDNA, etc.
Product Features
1. Zero Reagent Waste
Each sample uses one library preparation reagent strip—take exactly the number of strips needed for the number of samples, truly achieving zero waste!
2. Time and Labor Saving
The IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation comes with built-in automated workflows. After opening the workflow, image markers and text descriptions assist operators in quickly and accurately deploying the consumables, samples, and reagents required for the current automated process.Operators can start operating on the same day after training. Compared with manual operations, this solution saves researchers approximately 60 minutes of reagent preparation and aliquoting time.
3. Ready-to-Use
The IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation pre-installs standardized experimental workflows for iGeneTech kits. No reassembly is required after the equipment arrives at the laboratory; it can be put into use immediately after calibration. When paired with IGT-AS12 automated premixed reagents (reagent strips), it enables "ready-to-load, ready-to-retrieve, ready-to-use" functionality. This saves users approximately 2-4 weeks of time for automated workflow programming and experimental reagent validation, truly achieving "no waiting required."
4. Flexible Throughput
The automated experimental workflows provided by the premixed reagents (reagent strips) for the IGT-AS12 Automated Workstation offer flexible throughput, supporting 1-16 reactions per run (throughput can be doubled with multiple units working collaboratively). It is suitable for small and medium-sized NGS gene capture laboratories, such as third-party testing laboratories, hospital departments, public health and government agency laboratories, and research institutions.
IGT® Enzyme One-Strip Data Performance
01 Excellent Library Yield with Various Input Amounts
IGT® Enzyme One-Strip is compatible with library preparation from samples of various input amounts. When amplified according to the recommended number of cycles, it delivers high-efficiency library yield.
Figure 1. Library Yield Performance of IGT® Enzyme One-Strip with Different Input AmountsThe sample used was gDNA (G3041, Promega), with input amounts of 50 ng and 200 ng for library preparation, respectively. The indexed primer kits employed were IGT® UDI Primer 1-96 (for Illumina) and IGT® UDI Primer 1-96 (for MGI). Enzymatic digestion was performed for 30 minutes, with 7 cycles and 5 cycles of amplification, respectively.
02 Controllable Insert Size of Libraries
By adjusting the enzymatic digestion time, the insert size of libraries can be flexibly controlled with stable library yield.
Figure 2. Library Preparation Performance of IGT® Enzyme One-Strip with Different Enzymatic Digestion TimesThe sample used was gDNA (G3041, Promega), with an input amount of 200 ng for library preparation. The enzymatic digestion times were 10 and 30 minutes, respectively, and the PCR cycles were set at 5.
IGT® Fast One-Strip Data Performance
Figure 3. Library Yield Performance of IGT® Fast One-Strip with Different Input AmountsThe sample used was gDNA (G3041, Promega). The gDNA was sonicated to 150–200 bp, with input amounts of 1 ng, 10 ng, and 100 ng for library preparation, respectively. The indexed primer kits employed were IGT® UDI Primer 1-96 (for Illumina) and IGT® UDI Primer 1-96 (for MGI), with 13, 10, and 6 cycles of amplification, respectively.
