TargetSeq One® Hyb & Wash Kit v3.0 is the fully upgraded TargetSeq One® hybridization and elution kit. This upgrade significantly simplifies reagent composition and operational procedures, reducing the operation time by more than 1 hour. Meanwhile, in terms of product performance, uniformity and capture efficiency have been remarkably improved, reaching an all-new level. This means that no matter when and where the detection is conducted, the results are accurate and reliable, with stable and consistent data.

Workflow
*Ultra-simple kit composition: The kit contains Hyb Human Block, TargetSeq One® Hyb Buffer v3, TargetSeq One® Wash Buffer v3, Post PCR Master Mix, and Post PCR Primer. When combined with Universal Blocking Oligo, Probe, and Cap beads, the experiment can be completed.

1. TargetSeq One® v3.0 shows high uniformity in capturing different GC regions

2. TargetSeq One® v3.0 exhibits stable performance in rapid hybridization.
TargetSeq One® Hyb & Wash Kit v3.0 supports flexible rapid hybridization protocols, with hybridization time shortened to less than 2 hours and manual operation time reduced to 2 hours, greatly shortening the experimental cycle.

TargetSeq One® Hyb & Wash Kit v3.0 performs excellently in both overnight hybridization and rapid hybridization across different-sized Panels, with stable performance indicators.

3. TargetSeq One® v3.0 exhibits outstanding performance in multiple hybridizations
TargetSeq One® Hyb & Wash Kit v3.0, when used in combination with TargetSeq® Eco Universal Blocking Oligo, can block libraries within 6 μg, with excellent performance in capture efficiency and uniformity.
