Equipped with a 96-channel pipettor and multi-functional modules, this workstation can finish pre-library construction for 96 samples in 4 hours, with no manual intervention needed throughout the entire process. Its high-precision positioning control, together with comprehensive anti-contamination and anti-aerosol designs, guarantees stable and reliable experimental results.

01 High Throughput
The equipment is equipped with a 96-channel pipettor, which can simultaneously handle experimental processes such as pre-library construction and hybridization and elution for 96 reactions. It takes only 4 hours to complete pre-library construction for 96 samples, and library construction for 288 samples can be finished in one day.
02 Anti-Contamination
The equipment is fitted with dual UV lamps and a HEPA high-efficiency filter (with a removal efficiency of over 99.7% for particles larger than 0.3 microns in diameter). Cooperating with a laminar flow hood, these components ensure air cleanliness inside the equipment and reduce the risk of contamination.In addition, the design of an independent PCR enclosure combined with an exhaust ventilation system isolates the PCR instrument from other areas inside the equipment, further lowering the risk of aerosol contamination.
03 Zero Manual Intervention
The equipment is equipped with 25 standard plate positions, and combined with its unique high and low plate position design, it enables the 96-channel pipettor to perform reagent dispensing using only one column of pipette tips.
For a single experiment, all consumables and reagents required for library construction can be deployed in one go, with no further intervention needed during the automated operation.
04 High Precision
The equipment adopts a multi-axis coordinate structure, with a positioning accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. It features an integrated design of the robotic arm, pipettor, and gripper, which meets the requirements of high-precision pipetting and plate-moving operations, effectively avoiding manual errors.
05 Single Channel
In addition to being equipped with a 96-channel pipettor, the equipment is also fitted with a large-volume single-channel pipettor. This pipettor also adopts the air displacement principle, enabling one-time aspiration and multiple dispensations, and is suitable for dispensing large-volume reagents over 200μL.
