Recently, iGeneTech conducted tests on the Element Biosciences AVITI™ sequencing platform for various types of liquid-phase probe capture panels. Data shows that multiple iGeneTech products demonstrated stable performance on the AVITI™ platform, showcasing superior metrics across a range of testing indicators. We performed product tests for different application scenarios on the AVITI™ platform, including human whole exome, NCC Panel, small tumor panel, etc., covering both DNA and RNA probe types.
AIExome® Human Exome Panel V3 Test Results

Data Analysis: Three samples were tested in parallel using 10 Gb of randomly extracted raw bases. For data analysis, 10 Gb of raw bases were randomly selected. The average depth of the three samples exceeded 140×, with capture efficiency greater than 78.89% and duplication rate less than 1.50%. In terms of coverage and uniformity: when the target region depth exceeded 20×, coverage reached 99.60%. Using 20% of the mean depth to evaluate data uniformity, the uniformity exceeded 99.24%, indicating extremely high data utilization.

Data Analysis: Three samples were tested in parallel using 2 million raw reads. For data analysis, 2 million raw reads were randomly selected. The capture efficiency of the three samples reached 92.71%, while maintaining an extremely low data duplication rate (as low as 1.07%). In terms of coverage and uniformity: when the target region depth exceeded 20×, coverage reached 99.94%, and uniformity at 20% of the mean depth exceeded 99.52%.

Data Analysis: Using a 32 kb DNA probe test panel, three samples were tested in parallel with 0.55 million raw reads randomly extracted. For data analysis, 0.55 million raw reads were randomly selected. The capture efficiency of all three samples exceeded 83.26%, and uniformity at 20% of the mean depth exceeded 99.58%.
