The IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit is a universal kit for single-stranded DNA library preparation and WGS/WGBS library construction. Based on the single-stranded library construction strategy, it improves the utilization of raw DNA molecules and library complexity, especially for low-input samples such as cfDNA.

Wide Range of Input Amount

The IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit has superior raw DNA molecules utilization rate and performs stable with different input DNA amount from 1 ng to 50 ng.

Suitable for WGBS libraries

The IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit can be applied to DNA fragment converted by bisulfite or enzyme to construct WGBS libraries.

The following figure showed the high BS conversion rate in post-BS libraries constructed by IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit.

High Utilization of Raw DNA Molecules

Based on the single-stranded strategy, the IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit has superior raw DNA molecules utilization rate, especially for the samples like bisulfite-treated DNA fragments.

Compared to regular double-stranded IGT® Methyl Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0, the average sequencing depth of target regions after de-duplication are higher in the samples using the IGT® ssDNA Library Prep Kit with only 1/10 of input amount.
