The 4th AsiaEvo Conference
The 4th AsiaEvo Conference will be grandly held in Kunming from December 8 to 11, 2025. It is hosted by the Evolutionary Genetics Branch of the Genetics Society of China and the Yunnan Zoological Society, and co-organized by the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yunnan University, and the State Key Laboratory of Genetic Resources and Evolution & Animal Models.
With the theme of "Biological Evolution and Interdisciplinary Integration", this conference aims to gather top scholars and young talents in the field of evolutionary biology worldwide. It will facilitate in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge issues in life sciences, promote interdisciplinary cooperation and regional scientific research collaboration, and jointly explore the latest research achievements and future development directions in evolutionary biology.
As a Chinese high-tech enterprise focusing on the development and supply of target gene "reading" and "writing" technology solutions, iGeneTech will showcase a series of products at this grand event, including animal and plant whole exomes, multi-species mitochondrial capture products, 630K chip, AlExome V5, and microbial capture products. We sincerely invite all customers and colleagues to visit iGeneTech's booths (Booth C38 in the main venue and Booth 25 in the sub-venue) for exchange and guidance.

Partial Exhibited Products
1. Integrated Solution for Animal and Plant Whole-Exome Chips
Since the launch of the Chinese Zodiac Series whole-exome products earlier this year, iGeneTech's animal and plant whole-exome product line has covered nearly 30 core species. It boasts three core advantages: excellent capture performance, high species adaptability, and support for flexible customization. The product line can provide genomics solutions combining standardization and customization for fields such as agricultural breeding, gene function research, and population genetics research.
20+ Species Whole Exomes
We have developed whole-exome products for 20+ species with comprehensive coverage. We also support co-developing whole-exomes for other species, sharing Panel IP rights or usage rights.
200+ Project Experience
We have co-developed over 200 custom animal & plant chips, with rich project experience.
18M+ Probes
Leveraging our self-developed large-scale parallel synthesis platform Ignite3.0, we rapidly synthesize highly uniform Oligo Pools. We have produced 18M+ animal & plant whole-exome probes.
20 Working Days
We support full-species customization: the cycle from requirement confirmation to product delivery is ≤20 working days. We also provide full-process kits or technical services for "extraction-library preparation-capture".
2. Multi-Species Mitochondrial Products
Designed based on over 18,000 mitochondrial sequences from NCBI, the product integrates more than 4 million synthesized probes. Users can select products according to the species of research samples. It is widely applicable to research fields such as species identification (scientific research/judicial/customs), evolution, population studies, and ancient DNA capture.
3. AIExome® Human Exome Panel V5 Series
AIExome® Human Exome Panel V5-Core Edition
Designed based on the human reference genome GRCh38 and the latest patch sequences, it truly covers approximately 34.69 Mb of CDS regions in the human genome. It also achieves 100% coverage of coding regions from the latest databases including RefSeq, CCDS, and UCSC.
AIExome® Human Exome Panel V5-Inherited
Built on the Core Edition, it adds key disease-associated variant sites from the ClinVar database. Additionally, it fully captures the mitochondrial genome and specifically incorporates a genome-wide high-density SNP backbone (200 kb interval) to improve CNV detection accuracy, as well as an ultra-high-density SNP backbone for ClinGen priority genes.
4. Microbial Whole Genome Capture Solution
Based on the diagnostic and therapeutic concept of ABX Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, iGeneTech officially launches the ABX Guidelines Pathogen Targeted Capture Probe Solution. This solution focuses on 78 bacterial species, 12 fungal species, and 26 viral species covered in the guidelines, with highly specific capture probes independently developed for each type of pathogen—achieving an estimated probe design coverage of over 99%. During the probe design phase, all strain sequences in the NCBI database are used as references to develop diverse and specific probes. These probes can cover multiple variants of pathogenic microorganisms and are compatible with emerging microbial mutations to avoid missed detections.
