Overview

iGeneTech® has launched HRD Panel and HRR Panel products based on TargetSeq® hybrid capture sequencing technology, relying on MGI and Illumina, two major high-throughput sequencing platforms. Among them, the HRR Panel product includes 39 core HRR (Homologous Recombination Repair) genes, which is used for the detection of gene mutations in the HRR pathway. The HRD Panel product covers 37,000 SNP loci, which is used to calculate three genomic scar indicators: LOH (Loss of Heterozygosity), TAI (Telomeric Allelic Imbalance), and LST (Large-Scale Transition), derive the HRD score, and evaluate HRD (Homologous Recombination Deficiency) status.
Meanwhile, iGeneTech® HRD & HRR Panel V2 enables the combined use of the HRD Panel and HRR Panel, which can simultaneously evaluate HRD status and detect HRR gene mutations. It can be applied to scenarios such as risk prediction, medication guidance, molecular typing, and prognostic monitoring.
