Overview

AIExome® Human Exome Panel V5 is designed based on human reference genome GRCh38 and GRC. It covers about 34.69 Mb CDS region, and the probe coverage size is only 48.17 Mb, ensuring maximum coverage of the protein-coding region. AIExome® V5 has also been optimized for probe coverage of reference genome patches, high repeat regions and high GC content regions. AIExome® V5 series has 3 different versions and are open to semi-customization, where customers can add or enhance probes for regions of interests based on standard AIExome® V5.

AIExome® V5 excellent probe design, combined with the TargetSeq One® v3.0 hybridization system, achieves higher capture efficiency and superior uniformity compared to competitors.


AIExome® V5 has achieved a breakthrough in the Fold 80 uniformity index, reaching 1.24. When combined with the latest 2-hour rapid hybridization capture protocol, Fold 80 remains stably controlled at 1.5-performance far exceeding that of market competitors. The data indicators are as follows:

Stable Data Reproducibility Across NGS platforms

AIExome® V5 Core Edition demonstrates stable and excellent performance across different sequencers.

100× estimated data volume: Illumina platform: 9 Gb/sample & MGI: 7 Gb/sample

In the same batch test of 30 μL/15 μL hybridization systems, the 15 μL system shows higher uniformity, allowing customers to choose based on their needs.
