MultipSeq® Sample ID Research Assay is a simple, cost-efficient, and accurate human ID NGS panel designed to identify and track samples throughout the target sequencing workflow. MultipSeq® Sample ID Research Assay is a small panel with 100 high MAF SNPs, which can also be spiked into customized target sequencing panels including TargetSeq® hybridization capture panels and MultipSeq® multiplex amplicon panels. By comparing the genotyping results of these well-selected SNPs, this human ID NGS panel helps to identify samples throughout the highly complex NGS workflow and avoid costly re-runs.
